Inflation on the Horizon

The Fiesta is a world-class hot air ballooning festival and one of the UK's top five outdoor events.

Held in the rolling hills of Ashton Court on the edge of Bristol, it is a hugely popular free event. Around half a million people from across the country and beyond flock to the event over four days each August.

Founded in 1978, it has become an icon for Bristol, as synonymous with the city as Brunel's Suspension Bridge.

Estimated to boost the local economy to the tune of £10 million each year, it is run by a not-for-profit organisation.

Danco are delighted to be working at this event and helping the local economy. Danco have also joining the Balloon Fiesta 100 Club a group of 100 sponsors who are supporting the festival showing our commitment to securing the future of events in the south west and the UK.

Weather permitting, over 100 balloons per day in all shapes and sizes take to the air over the four days of the fiesta, this year will also see the return of the Red Arrows after dazzling the crowd at last years event.
