Marquee Hire Project Brief

Danco Marquee hire were asked to provide a suitable structure to host the additional hospitality clients inmarquee a comfortable environment comparable to the existing facilities. The structure needed to have in-built flexibility to accommodate varying numbers of guests, and was to be easily accessible from a temporary kitchen facility.

Solution

We provided a rigid-sided clear span marquee, with an expanse of glass panels facing onto the Racecourse. Doors were fitted to each suite to allow easy access to a private garden area enclosed in white picket fence, where guests could watch the race whilst enjoying fine champagne and English strawberries in the sun.

A team of our experienced site staff visited the venue each day to adjust the size of the suites to the appropriate number of guests, and worked closely with the caterers to ensure easy access to and from the suites.

Danco marquee hire couldn’t predict the weather or the winners, but we could guarantee first class hospitality to the guests of Salisbury Racecourse.
